Pageant Parent of the Day: 34-year-old Kerry, a part-time aesthetician from San Francisco, defends the botox injections and “upper leg” waxing she performs on her 8-year-old daughter Britney “to keep up in the intense world of kiddy pageants.”
“I’m not the only one that does it,” says the parent who clearly needs a parent to remind her that “everybody’s doing it” isn’t sufficient justification for doing something stupid.
