Prove Me Wrong

I feel like in any horror movie that involves twins, the consistent ending is always the main girl being pregnant with and/or giving birth to a new set of twins (with at least one being seemingly evil/incestuous.) Is this a twin horror movie trope? Are there any movies with an evil twin that doesn’t involve procreation? This is an honest question. Also, I’m scared of twins.
